Men's Ministries
The mission of the Shenandoah Baptist Church Men's Ministry is to biblically train and outfit men to grow in their faith, become strong spiritual leaders in their homes, church and places of business, and to expand them in Christian living. The ministry seeks to accomplish this through Bible study, prayer groups, mentoring breakfasts, and fishing and hunting retreats.
In today's culture, it is increasingly important for men to honor God with their hearts and their lives. The Men's Ministry at Shenandoah wants to help men in that journey.
Shenandoah Christian Bass Club
Our purpose is to promote Christian fellowship, witness, and improve church attendance while creating an air of friendly competition in the sport of black bass fishing. All club tournaments will be held on Saturday to insure member attendance in church on Sunday. Catch and release is the club policy.
Women's Ministries
Our Women's Ministry exists for reaching, teaching and nurturing the women of our church and community so that each woman will come to faith, Christian maturity, and service through interaction with God, His Word, and one another.
This is accomplished through Bible studies, women's conferences, weekend retreats, and fun social events throughout the year. Our Bible studies, programs, and events are planned with your needs in mind. Your heart will be inspired, your life enriched, and your relationships strengthened, especially your relationship with the Lord.
- Our Weekly Meetings
- Sew Cute - Tuesdays 9:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- First Place - Wednesdays 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Ladies Bible Study - Thursdays at 10:00 a.m.
Sew Cute
Sew Cute is a group of gifted women that create handmade memories each time they meet. Shenandoah has many very experienced sewers in our midst, but experience is certainly not a pre-requisite to participating. In fact, sew cute is a great opportunity for those who have always been interested in sewing but have never had the chance to try.
Sew Cute is open to everyone and we encourage you to consider putting your talents to work, no matter what your experience level may be. Sew Cute meets each Tuesday and Thursday at 10am in the fellowship hall.
